AIR TICKETS We will assist in re-confirmation, re-routing and re-scheduling of delegate’s onward journey and air passage at the at the venue of the meeting. AIRPORT COUNTER / REPRESENTATIVES Our representative at KLIA will "meet and greet" the WHO delegates and will serve as the delegates liaison counter at KLIA. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS We have an inventory of accommodations with several major hotels at reasonable prices in the Klang Valley. We are able to provide group discounts and individuals prices at city centre hotels and hotels within the Sunway / Subang area. EVENTS MANAGEMENT To add spice to a prestigious event, we can also provide dance troupes for "welcoming ceremonies", "opening ceremonies" and "dinner shows". Our extravaganza repertoire include exotic ethnic Malaysian dances from the Malays, Indians, Chinese, Ibans and Kadazans community. TRANSPORTATION We provide a fleet of luxury and an array of minivans, coasters and coaches to handle delegates’ arrival and departures from KLIA and Hotels in the Klang Valley. Private charter services with professional chauffeurs and driver guides for personalized handling can be arranged. Police can also be arranged for VVIP escorts. We also would like to propose a "Shuttle" service top and from selected Kuala Lumpur hotels in Kuala Lumpur to the meeting venue in Sunway. PRE & POST SIGHTSEEING TOURS We will provide pre and post tours this will also include sight-seeing day excursion of Kuala Lumpur and overnight packages of {Penang, Langkawi and Malacca).
